With more than 25 years as a practiced consultant and Executive and Life Coach, Mary specializes in Communication, Team Intervention, Development, Executive Leadership and Employee Relations, with experience in varied fields, such as finance, education, health care, manufacturing and technology.

Mary serves as an adjunct faculty member at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations teaching Employee Relations for their Human Resources certification program. She holds a masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee/Chattanooga.

Mary is the author of a variety of business tools including HARP Communication Styles and Performance Based Interviewing.
