At Rx Management we believe strongly in the value of social responsibility, which we practice on a daily basis. In addition to our recycling program, which includes paper, plastic and office equipment, we have switched from bottled to filtered water and installed energy-saving light bulbs.

We also purposely design our products to incorporate eco-friendly packaging and donate 10% of product sales to two of our favorite charities: Places for People (www.placesforpeople.org) and The Humane Society (www.hsus.org).

As for community service, Mary D’Amato has enjoyed serving as a director on two not-for-profit boards and provides pro bono training and consulting services for both. She credits much of her success to the principles of giving and receiving and routine tithing.
